I don't think I've eaten this vegetable before. The texture was crunchier than other greens. You do feel you're eating a plant. Taste-wise it's standard garlic.

Signature. What you see is the chicken already separated and poured with the chilli oil. The star was the soup itself. You can tell it's been cooked for hours yet remained light, checking two boxes that rarely coexist.

Fried very well and nice seasoning. But the flowers, which are present in several dishes, add nothing.

This restaurant serves Chinese BBQ too, and expectedly the seasoning is the standard spices. It's decent but I can eat this cheaper elsewhere.

Basically Hokkien mee, but using Yunnan noodles instead. Interesting sensation, uninteresting taste.

A single portion after dividing haha. I guess it's pao fan. It's damn shiok lah. The broth was so rich it enhanced everything. The main toppings are meatballs, clams and prawns (unpictured). As you can see there's puffed rice to go with normal rice.
