Quite delicious. Well executed smooth and creamy chocolate fudge.

Overall it's a decent meal, not as value for money as the ridiculously worth-it esquina one. Basically quite a safe meal

Black Angus tenderloin, grilled broccolini, celeriac cream

First time having tenderloin actl, not as bad as I had thought. Always heard about how it's all tender but no flavour, I guess it's true to a certain extent. Not that bad, and certainly tender. Medium rare done perfectly too

Aka European bass, w confit potatoes, spinach, marinara sauce

Abit overrated I feel. I mean it's good but it's as good as bass gets lor. There's a bit of water(from the spinach?) And the sauce tasted abit too much like the normal tomato sauce, even if I liked the slight heat it carried. Decent but not impressed, esp after reading a lot of good reviews on it

PSA restaurant week menus are subject to change,and quite a bit actually. What you see online isn't really what you get

Nonetheless, this was q good. The cheese had a nice soft stretchy texture and it's a rather harmless starter

I cooked and plated this myself, I hope I did ok.

That's the fun part about Zafferano's DIY menu, where Chef Andrea will include all necessary ingredients and sauces, and it's easy to simply heat up the sauces in a pot of boiling water or in the oven, according to the instructions he gives in scroll that came with the ingredients. He'll even include edible flowers and cress for decoration, and that's the game changer when it comes to plating.

In this pack, you'll receive Chef Andrea's house-made tagliolini pasta, poached half Canadian lobster, a special tomato/lobster sauce, and edible flowers/cress for decoration. You won't go wrong, I can't cook and I think my pasta still tasted good, cos most of the work has been done by Chef Andrea and team.

But covid happened, as we now look forward to their new wedding date in June, as I also look forward to dining in his restaurant by then.
