Im gonna say it. As of 2025 reviews, this is the best pizza Ive had.
Crust was astounding as it was crispy and light, as well as well charred all around, particularly at the Base of the pizza. Burrata tasted really fresh and so creamy, given that it was served slightly chilled on the hot pizza. Each component was amazing and the gestalt was outstanding. Burrata portion was really generous too
P. S. It's been a while since i burnt my tongue and this is the reason why
P.P.S. Chef has 20years of experience in italian cuisine and it really shows. Not everyone can appreciate though, some people need meat on their pizza haha
Was rather apprehensive about ordering their pasta at first, but it turned out to be not bad! Their vongole was very tasty because they used a lot of garlic and the oil emulsion clung to the spaghetti well. The clams also werenāt sandy. One of the better vongole that Iāve tried actually!
Their signature pizza, the white-based Zazz pizza, consisted of mozzarella, Australian ribeye, mixed mushrooms, parmesan, truffle cream, arugula, and cherry tomatoes. It was quite unique! Tasted like a truffle mushroom pizza but with cherry tomatoes and arugula to balance it out, along with chunks of Australian ribeye. Although I didnāt mind the meat on it, I felt like the pizza could have done without it.
Went back to Zazz pizza and it didnāt disappoint! The red-based Parma Burrata pizza has generous amounts of parma ham, topped with arugula and parmesan shavings and finished with a creamy burrata in the middle. Their pizzas here are particularly delicious because of how fluffy and bready the crust is, achieved by fermenting the dough for a few days. Despite itās breadiness, itās still chewy and quite light, making it the perfect vessel for the pizza toppings. The pizza was a bit too saucy last time I went, resulting in the middle of the pizza becoming soggy, but it was perfect this time.
Overall a great experience again! Booked through @hungrygowhere so I managed to get a seat inside (recommended since they have limited seating). What they lack in decor they make up for in the quality of their food. Canāt emphasise how much I like their pizza dough!
We got it delivered (and it was cold by the time that we received it). That's usually a deal breaker, but this pizza was still pretty good! We ordered the meat lover pizza. Definitely a generous amount of meat! Yummy crust and sauce. The salad is ok, a bit pricey for what you get. We will go try this pizza at their location next time.
Basically margherita pizza with burrata on top. The dough is thin, yet doughy and chewy but crispy around the edges. I like the dough - which is very important to me when eating pizza. The pizza is thin so I can finish the 12 inch pizza on my own.
Tomatoes, mozzarella, burrata with a drizzle of olive oil and basil makes this pizza so yum. The server recommended we try this and that the burrata pizza is their signature. No regrets.
We also ordered the Zazz Pizza $24 - ribeye, mixed mushroom, parmesan, truffle cream, mozzarella. I didnāt like this flavour combination. Burrata pizza is much better.
Shop is very small and we saw lots of customers ordering takeaway pizzas. Servers are friendly.
