Decent pizza with some leopard spotting in the crust, leans towards a bit of the dry side so probably not for you if you prefer the wetter Neapolitan-style pies. Burrata itself is not bad, though lacking a bit of creaminess to properly cut through the ham's saltiness.

We ordered the Bismark ($25, as pictured here) and the Zazz Pizza ($28) for 3 to share. Their pizzas here are wood fired which gives it a very nice burnt taste. 🍕Both pizzas were really delicious but I personally preferred the Bismark more. The portion is also big enough for sharing and they were very generous with the toppings 👍🏻

The cafe is also situated in a nice little corner just opposite the Rochor beancurd making it a very nice place to chill and catch up with friends.

A hole in the wall restaurant but this could really be the best kept secret for authentic Italian pizza! The burrata was fresh and light tasting, the parma ham was not too salty and the best part had to be the pizza crust - chewy at the edges with such a good bite but yet crispy thin in the middle. This may not be the cheapest pizza around but it has truly quality ingredients and I’ll definitely be back!!!

I’ve yet to see someone rave about the 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞 𝘾𝙧𝙖𝙗 𝙋𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖 (~$26) here so let me be the first.🤪

Not gonna lie, I expected one of those artificially sweet “This is totally not chilli crab but let’s just pretend” kind of chilli crab sauce, but I’m so glad I was wrong. -

It did (for lack of a better description), pack a PUNCH. Spicy and tangy, it was a good call by Zazz to throw in a couple of sweet cherry tomatoes into the mix 🍅

I’ve spoken highly about their dough before: it’s REALLY LEGIT. I ate the pizza crust. Which almost never happens 🤩

Foolproof and satisfying despite having been in a box for an hour or so, the Parma ($26) pizza arrived as a bare red pizza with melted mozzarella and the ingredients separated in another container; which I figured helped retain some of the freshness. Dressed with parma ham, rucola, pomegranate, and shaved parmesan; the classic pie was salty though not overwhelmingly so. The rucola as well as pomegranate adding a refreshing sharpness and texture to the dish. There was also a pleasant touch of smokiness from the distinct leopard-spotting.

Nothing beats the aroma of a piping hot pie fresh from a wood-fired oven! But for now, we can only have the next best thing and that, I believe is Zazz Pizza delivered right to our doorstep. At $26, their namesake pizza comes with Australian ribeye, mozzarella, mixed mushrooms, parmesan, truffle cream, rucola, and cherry tomatoes. Although the pizza crust was regrettably soft and the ribeye beef chunks a tad dry, the flavours were certainly superb. A simple and elegant combination, the specialty white pizza had a good amount of greens to counter the heaviness of the meat. The earthy notes from the mushrooms and truffle cream also worked harmoniously with the savouriness of the cheeses as well as the burst of sweetness from the tomatoes.
