At $4, this is one of the cheaper thunder tea rice in Singapore with brown rice option. If you're looking for something hearty, filling and healthy, then this might be something for you (provided that you're good with the tea taste because it's actually an acquired taste).
As a Hakka, I love my thunder tea rice. I agree that it's just vegetables over rice, so the most critical component of this dish is actually the tea gravy. I'm all for a stronger tea taste but this was sadly on the lighter side despite adding less water. Would request for more gravy the next time!
