Best Burgers to Try in Singapore

Eight best burgers to try right now, from Ramly-inspired buns to cauliflower steak burgers. Sink your teeth into these bundles of joy — juicy patties, punchy toppings, buttery buns and all.

Don't pass up a riverside burger date at Three Buns, especially when there's 1-for-1 with Burpple Beyond! The Baby Huey Set ($15) hits the mark with its juicy black Angus patty and lovely brioche buns — also comes with delicious hand-cut fries and a tall glass of vanilla milkshake. P.s. Bring your pups, they enjoy a free (unseasoned) patty too!

Recently adding new burgers to the menu, the Cauliflower Power ($17) emerges a star at this joint. Think perfectly charred cauliflower steak wedged between mozzarella, avocado salsa, purple cabbage slaw and crisp buns. You won't be missing meat anytime soon, but IF you do, The Big Cock ($18) featuring tender chicken breast is also stellar.

Burger at a seafood spot? You heard us. The Angus Burger ($21.95) here might just be one of the community's all-time favourites, thanks to a thick medium rare patty with butter-slicked portobello shrooms and never-soggy brioche buns. If you have yet to try this, you know what to do!

Central location, quality German burgers and beer — cue a night out with your buddies in town! Bonus points for a healthy-ish menu, since the burger comes with sourdough buns and sweet potatoes fries. Order the namesake Hans Im Glück ($17) that rocks a beef patty with parmesan cheese, rocket, balsamic creme and parma ham.

The only burger on the menu at this discreet cocktail bar (look out for a fortune teller at the entrance), the EO Burger ""Ramly Style"" ($23) is worth seeking out. The massive burger stars a beautifully seasoned patty wrapped in fried egg — a job well done in paying homage to the local Ramly. Mark this down for a get-your-hands-dirty kind of dinner date.

This Suntec City spot makes 'em compact, flavour-packed and worth the money! For a satisfying lunch bun, get the Magic Shrooms ($10.90) with provolone and truffled mushrooms or go big with the Umami Bomb ($11.90) with a secret sauce that Burppler Jonathan Wong describes as an 'out-of-this-world experience'.

Now open in Marina Bay Sands, this stalwart American brand does their diner concept justice with stellar burgers and exceptionally elaborate (and delicious) milkshakes. Go for the Old-Fashioned ($22) with prime beef patty, caramelised onions and Swiss cheese — a classic. Don't miss that sharp horseradish dip on the side for a flavour boost!

This Hollywood burger joint may be new, but it's already plenty popular with the community for turning out speedy, tasty burgers. Customise your own beef burger (from $9.90) by choosing a bun, and then, toppings like fried egg, chilli or cheese from $1 each. Whatever you get, make sure to have an order of those addictive Onion Rings ($5.90) with it!
