Curry Chicken Drumsticks Noodle (Dry) ($6.80) packs a flavourful punch! The noodles are generously coated with spicy curry sauce, delivering an intense and tastisfying taste experience. Each strand is infused with the richness of the curry, creating a slurpy delight. The tender potatoes complement the dish perfectly, adding a soft texture to each bite. The drumstick is heavily flavoured by the curry and boasts tender meat. Be warned, the spiciness of this dish is no joke—it'll definitely leave you sweating!

Sipping on the Melon Honey ($2) gave a cooling refreshment that a hot day needs.

Orh Nee, aka Taro Puree ($4), makes a nice chilled soothing dessert to cool the spiciness within me down. It's a pure smooth sweet taro puree that isn't too watery nor sticky, and it's topped with lots of crunchy yet mushy taro dices. I was so filled by the portion of it.

You can't eat it without their Homemade Sambal Belacan too, damn authentic and pedas. 🥵 It's the kind of creamy spicy flavour that you can commonly find in Malaysia only. If you like their sambal, they also sell bottles of it. Damn potent... Eat at own risk!

Char Siew Noodle ($5) is actually dry-tossed noodles with a rich savoury dark sauce. The noodles they use here are thin and silky, with a slurpy and chewy texture. The dark sauce mixture that coats the noodles is just right, not overly thick. Bean sprouts, veggies, and spring onion can also be found in it. The Char Siew is not your regular Char Siew you might have thought of; rather, the taste somewhat differs from what you've been imagining. Its taste, colour, and texture are more like braised, closest I can think of is braised duck. It's chewy, juicy, and garlicky. NEW authentic and fabulous local Malaysian food around the Yishun neighborhood. Previously, this location housed Coconuto, now MY Taste No.56 owns this place. This hearty little cafe sells a variety of Malaysian food that will please the taste buds of all ages.

I got myself a Char Siew Noodle, Taro Puree, and a Melon Honey drink.
