This food truck serves scrumptious Impossible burgers in Marina Bay. The Classic Set ($22) comes with truffle fries and a drink. All fries are shoestring — served hot, crispy and not too oily. Burger buns are fluffy, Impossible patty is tasty and the cheese, special sauce and pickles work together in a classic combo. Burpple Tastemakers recommend adding an extra patty for $6, resulting in a more balanced meat-to-bun ratio that you won't regret!
