Very long never visit. They have a new omelette rice menu. This was very good all around!
We decided to try them yet I ended up trying a fusion ramen. This is from their Singapore menu and I always chuckle when Takagi associates itself with anything Singapore. I don't know why the broth is separate, because the noodles were too dry on their own. I ended up adding the broth, which was damn weird mixed with the salted egg sauce. The crab is a soft-shell crab. I don't wanna be too harsh but their ramen failed for me because the noodle was tougher than when you order hard ramen. And I verified it because my kaedama portion was equally hard.
A rather random restaurant that's surprisingly good. The "risotto" is made with oriental corn multi grains and pumpkin. Delicious. A dash of chilli oil gave it the "fusion". Also interesting to pair this with toasted sourdough.
A rather random restaurant that's surprisingly good. Beef was just a little too chewy. Superb fries. Paired with Sichuan chimichurri.
Their skewers are generally average.
This dish is rarely bad anywhere and here it's really mediocre. I think you can tell too.
Aka ayam bakar. Commendable chicken if not for too much chao tar. I also appreciate the soup because it's chicken soup, not just generic soup.
Very long never eat this. Still a notch above generic porridges. Fragrant congee, fresh fish, large crunchy meatballs I'm guessing have cartilage or tendon.
Finally snagged a table. Some of the best pizzas I've eaten. Unfortunately this was a while ago and this particular pizza doesn't seem to be on the current menu!
Finally snagged a table. Some of the best pizzas I've eaten. This is one of their stars, according to the manager. It has pork belly "al pastor", chipotle base, poblano, pineapple, guac crema and chicharrones. It's like Michael Bay entered my mouth.
Their iconic spinach noodle. I went soup as I was unwell. Good.
