I tried the ribs with Alabama White Sauce and Fudgy Brownie. I really recommend the ribs as it was really tender and fell apart from the bone easily. I enjoyed how the sauce complements the ribs. The fries were crispy and the buttered corn was pretty standard. The brownies, however, were on the drier side and not fudgy. All in all, I recommend the ribs!

had the steak which was cooked just nice to the doneness that i loved, and paired perfectly with one of the best fries i ever had in a restaurant. the ribs were sweet and juicy and at the end my companion and i were really craving for more! overall loved the ambience and food, and would come back for a casual date night ❤️

p.s. only thing is that they close early on weekday nights!

Ordered the Original Ribs and New York Striploin with Red Wine Sauce. They were incredibly tender and juicy - the ribs pulled apart so easily and had the nice meat to fat ratio. The red wine sauce paired perfectly with the steak which was medium perfectly. Did not feel jelak when eating, best paired with their ice cold full pint beer. Portions were decent with 2 sides to select for each main dish. Atmosphere is nice for a friend date since its a cozy space :) Would come back for the ribs again!

Unassuming front, old school bar ambient with really delicious food! Will return for the ribs!
New York strip lone - medium rare - Doneness was served right, that is one winning point for me! Comes with 2 side, didn’t enjoy the coleslaw but the green salad was 👌
Pork Rids in Old God Mother way - LOVE THIS BALANCE OF TASTE! You would love it if you are a fan of spicy dishes. The style is little more like mala, a little more oriental style but it definitely works!
Ordered a beer and it was really served ICED COLD 🤤🍺

The Ribs were out of this world 🌎 almost feel like the bone and meat were dissected and served on a plate. Easy to just pop it into my mouth. The eatery has just the right vibe for a gastronomical feast. And the beer we drank was just the right temperature. You know that kind of temp where anything food eaten with the beer will be just an absolute experience? It was so good. We could resist ordering another beer. 🍺 NGL. try it and you will know.

I ordered the crispy skin grilled salmon with tobiko cream sauce, fries and green salad. The serving was generous, the salmon was well cooked and savory. Food was served approximately 5-10 minutes after order was sent. Overall, the restaurant offers a laid-back atmosphere and the crowd only appears after 8pm on a Thursday night. It is also easily accessible with just a 3 minute walk from Sixth Avenue station.

Ordered the ribs and it was tender and mustard sauce had the right sweetness on top of the spice. Sides were decent too, coleslaw was sweet and had the old school style, while mashed potatoes are warm and comforting for the palate.

Overall a value for money offering as the portion size was generous too.

Great place to meet and dine if you’re looking for a cozy setting. Ordered their grass fed ribeye with red wine sauce with fries and coleslaw on the side. Meat doneness was cooked well to my preference and portions were generous. Staff were attentive and attended to our requests promptly.

One feedback - could provide ketchup and chili bottles for use instead of packing them individually in containers to prevent wastage.

Price is on the higher side - For two mains it was around $90+, not inclusive of desserts or drinks. But if you take into consideration the location and portion, its reasonable.

Enjoyed the 500g New York strip cooked to medium; although pricey, it's definitely worth it.

Steak was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Atmosphere was decent but a quieter setting would be preferred.

Overall, food and service were impeccable, highly recommended for steak lovers.

This is a no-frills, yummy spot that serves up nicely charred steaks and generous portions. I found the steaks flavorful and really liked the side sauces - if you’re looking for a good value spot in a chill / casual environment, this is it!

Made a reservation here for dinner with friend. The staff are friendly. Ordered medium rare Grain-fed Flat Iron with a selective sides to choose from, and i got mashed potatoes and Green salad, love the steak and would come again!

If you’re looking for a homely place with dependable good food at good prices — this is it! We had the New York Strip (200g) medium rare, Mom’s Mac and cheese and brownie with ice cream. In total the bill was about $65-70 SGD.

Good for hangouts with friends, dates, (and I’m sure the variety of Mac and cheese dishes will be a hit for those with kids) at this cosy restaurant, this is conveniently located close to the 6th Avenue MRT. This is a no frills place with good portions. For your steak you get to choose 2 from a wide variety of sides. The Mac and cheese is heaped generously with ham, mushroom and yes - lots of oozy cheese pull. 😋
