1) Appetizer - Wild Arugula Lyonnaise
The seasoning was really good, it has a slightly sour but rich taste that went well with the prosciutto, poached egg and the torn croutons. Every ingredient complemented each other so well and there wasnāt a strong vegetable taste, which made it palatable. The vegetables were fresh as well!
2)Steak - USDA prime hanging tender (220g)
The meat taste is super good; chewy, juicy and tender. The colour of the meat was very beautiful, the Bernadaise sauce had a fragrant herb and lemony taste thatās really tasty and the confit garlic was really yummy. Everything went well with the steak.
3)Grilled Broccolini:
Very crunchy and even for the leafy part, thereās a nice smokey taste. The salsa sauce has this slightly sour yet tangy taste, wasnāt spicy at all and the nuts went well with the dish!
4)Lamb rack:
The salsa verde sauce was very fragrant and the confit garlic complemented the lamb rack. The lamb had a nice salty and peppery taste! When eaten with the sauce/garlic, there isnāt a strong lamb taste. The texture of the lamb rack was soft as well.
5)Dessert - Seasonal Eton Mess:
It becomes more delicious as you eat and there were different levels and blends of taste. Thereās a fragrant flower taste and fruits blend with syrup (raspberry and lychee), meringue, cream and tiny bits of almond at the bottom!
The ambience and the service of the staff was 10/10, would highly recommend coming to this steakhouse! It is more of sharing plate concept which allows diners to try different dishes!!

Very long never visit. They have a new omelette rice menu. This was very good all around!
sorry forgot to take pic before eating.
very nice interior and convenient location at bishan ang mo kio park!!
ordered the truffle mushroom carbonara ($16) and the highly raved creamy tomyum mushroom chicken pasta ($16) as well as thai milk tea ($6.50) and yakult green tea ($6.50).
toppings of mushroom and chicken are very generous, however the sauce is really lacking, especially for the truffle mushroom carbonara [2/10] creamy tomyum mushroom chicken is slightly better [5/10]. quite sure it is jar sauce haha.
even pasta express is betterā¦ā¦ā¦
thai milk tea, think they forgot the milk, only got thai tea š„²š„². yakult green tea is fine tho! but overall wont be coming back.
their set menu of 3 course + wine at $69/- is very reasonable priceāØ quiet secluded part of marina square with šÆ interiors šāØā¦
wild mushroom risotto ($25) - vegetarian but my favorite item in the menušš±
Super surprised by the price point and quality of food here at The Vermilion House inside of Marina Square š heard growing reviews about this place and now they have 1 for 1 pasta/ risotto on @BurppleSG šÆ which is especially worth it!

Great place to meet and dine if youāre looking for a cozy setting. Ordered their grass fed ribeye with red wine sauce with fries and coleslaw on the side. Meat doneness was cooked well to my preference and portions were generous. Staff were attentive and attended to our requests promptly.
One feedback - could provide ketchup and chili bottles for use instead of packing them individually in containers to prevent wastage.
Price is on the higher side - For two mains it was around $90+, not inclusive of desserts or drinks. But if you take into consideration the location and portion, its reasonable.
Was skeptical of the name but this really surprised us with its distinct floral pandan aroma and almost buttery creamy finish. Bought a bag of beans home to enjoy and it was just as good as in store!
Hearty and filling spread with sourdough, poached eggs, maple espresso bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, and pork sausage.
Went with the unique stewed beef option and enjoyed the perfectly poached eggs and well-marinated beef. The brioche was airy albeit dry, and could do with more hollandaise sauce or butter for added moisture to the dish.
