(9 inch cake - $108) We did research via online for birthday cake within 1 month before taking reservation via call or email which the person have requested personally for old fashioned design type for cake but not into modern design type for cake. tbh I felt that cake size was quite big and also can accomodated around 12 to 16 people for serving size. The taste for cake was quite sweet, creamy and bitter but then at least they put some brandied (brandy flavour) cherries in between the cream taste like not that sweet. I felt that it was quite jelak for me when I eat the slice finish. I personally don't like shaved chocolate on the surface of the cake and made everything to be messed it up and a lot of stains on the cake box.

Yes it wasn't dry, but that's cos it's really not a scone at all lol. Its much more like a dense cake, and frankly not particularly good either.

Comes w lemon curd, clotted cream, orange jam, which were all decent

A classic earl grey tea infused with aromatic lavender. It offers a refreshing flavour profile, perfect for rejuvenating the senses.

A light honey-sweetened tea infused with a dried French rose bud, delivering a fragrant and subtly floral taste. It's a soothing and elegant drink choice.

When my friend expressed thirst and requested a glass, I wasn't expecting this.😅 The drink came in an unexpectedly huge glass. Looking from my friend to the glass and back again, I couldn't help but think, "Sounds about right for an alcoholic person, where alcohol is just like plain water to them." Indeed, this gigantic glass was intended for sharing but ended up being consumed by only my friend. Haha. The drink combines Brandy, Grand Marnier orange-flavoured liqueur, and crisp white wine, offering a taste of mellow sweet zestiness within the crispness.

The combination of creamy Burrata cheese with red pepper salami, cured ham, and tomato slush creates a harmonious blend of flavours and textures. The Burrata cheese had a very clean and creamy taste, providing a rich and indulgent experience. The cured meat seems to complement the cheese perfectly, offering a balance of saltiness or pepperiness that enhances the overall flavour profile. Its a beautifully crafted dish that showcases the simplicity and elegance of quality ingredients.

An interesting blend of flavours! With its generous toppings of duck meat, honey garlic soy sauce, quinoa, green apple, cucumber, pickled fennel, shallot, and mozzarella cheese, it offers a unique combination of savoury and sweet elements. It's intriguing to hear about their pizza dough undergoing a 3-day fermentation process, aiming for a light and airy crust. However, my experience suggests that it turned out a bit thick, chewy, and powdery. Despite this, the char on the crust seems to be just right, providing a nice balance. Overall, the sweetness of the pizza, enhanced by the honey garlic soy sauce and the tanginess from the green apple, creates a dynamic flavour profile that might appeal to those who enjoy sweet and savoury combinations.
