Everything I expected and more!

Browned and crispy round the edges, the brioche french toast was so very soft on the inside. The tinge of savoury from the bacon onion crumble was spot on with the sweet strawberries, toast, and vanilla ice cream. The balsamic caramel also added complexity and a tangy edge to the dish.
