This is probably the most expensive "yong tau fu" I've come across in a local food court (my bowl pictured above cost $9.90). However, I still like having it once in a while because it boasts of excellent quality and variety. They have a few items I've not found elsewhere, such as "di wang chai" and long beans that are glued together in a bundle with fish paste. If you order certain pieces that are already on the crisp side (for eg. the beancurd skin), they will fry them up for you and serve separately. So you get to enjoy them piping hot and extra crunchy. There are 3 to 4 types of noodles to choose from, and preparation options include soup, dry and laksa gravy versions.
