Savoury proscuitto ham with luscious silvers of fat, combined with buttery pine-nuts and milky chunks of mozzarella balls. But it was actually the brilliantly done pesto that stole the show; a winsome and well-balanced recipe of garlic, basil and pine-nuts with extra-virgin olive and cheese. Probably has something do with the freshness of the ingredients here. Bagel mopped up every last bit of pesto sauce.
