A spicy and sour soup with prawns and straw mushrooms. Interesting how they served it. Could do with a little bit more spice and shrimp. :-P
Hand grated green papaya pounded in an earthen mortar with palm sugar, fish sauce, garlic, chillies and lime juice. This was really refreshing. I just added a bit of fish sauce in mine. Eat right away. We left our sitting.. The chillies' powers were more potent when since it longer. :-P
