Gluten free French crepes. Salmon crepe came w creme fraiche, salmon & capers. While the chicken one came w chicken chunks, mushroom, Brie and mushroom sauce on top. Both were really good! The crepe is made of buckwheat so it is whole grain & filling! I preferred the chicken one because it has so much fillings!!! Yummmm
