The service is also great πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ€€ They do take their food fairly seriously. Presentation, food freshness and quality shines through. Everything we had was delicious and the service is spot on. Little gem like this deserves a recommendation! πŸ’―πŸ˜‹

At lunch, they serve fresh casual seafood. Try their signature Hickory-Smoked Salmon with Forbidden Grains ($19.8) served with a purple cabbage slaw, or the juicy Canadian Miso Halibut with Quinoa ($24.8). At night, NUDE Seafood transform into a contemporary Asian seafood restaurant. The succulent Hickory Smoked Salmon ($12.80) now comes lightly charred and wrapped in bamboo leaf to retain moisture and elevate the natural flavours of the salmon. Burppler Xing Wei Chua recommends pairing the dish with their Salted Fish Blue Pea Rice ($4.8). Starters are from $5.8, mains are from $12.8, and desserts are at $6.8. Finally got to visit NUDE Seafood fairly recently after having it in my to-try list for a very long time. A place that has its own hits and misses, our favourite was undeniably the Hickory-Smoked Salmon which came semi-wrapped in a bamboo leaf. The thick slab of salmon came pretty plump; the flesh being all tender and succulent with charred lines which helped the dish score extra points in terms of aesthetics, but the best part was how the fish had maintained its moist texture and its natural flavours whilst carrying an intense smoky note that made the dish so enjoyable. Best paired with their Salted Fish Blue Pea Rice; coloured blue naturally from blue pea flower, the pearly short-grained rice comes moist with a hint of saltishness from bits of salted fish within.

I've been locked up in Changi for too damn long

Finally got my hands or should I say mouth on this in Nude seafood! And a lovely lunch date with @lovelee_ruijun.. Loved the texture of the salmon

Hickory smoked salmon with forbidden grains and purple slaw. Haven't been back at @nudeseafood in ages and am glad to see that they have maintained their fish quality and are serving larger potions for their grains and greens. I absolutely love their new forgotten grains, shorter grains are used and the consistency is different, almost like glutinous rice without the heaviness of the latter.
