Lobster Roll

I had the lobster roll ($48) and LOVED IT. The lobster is so bouncy, sweet and fresh, plus it’s from Maine too!! They came tossed in some mayo based sauce which thankfully was not too rich or overpowering. And the fluffy brioche bun was the perfect vessel for the lobster. The ebiko added some crunch and was the perfect cherry on the cake. It came with curly fries and some salad greens. The fries were super crispy and yummy too!!

Came here for my birthday meal and utilized Chope vouchers for a good deal. Ordered 1/2 dozen oysters, the lobster roll, whole lobster and ended the night with a sweet ending - valhorna slutty brownie! Burps so filling and satisfying!

The Market Grill's signature dish is their lobster roll.

Meat from an entire lobster with herbed pommery mayonnaise (yum!) is stuffed into an utterly delicious toasted brioche bun and topped with some salmon roll.

It is sinfully good but do note that the prices are subject to market price fluctuations which is definitely more expensive due to covid-19!

Bun was toasted nicely, lobsters were juicy and sweet! Pretty generous portion for the price too! One of our favourite lobster roll joints.

The lobster is chunky and tasty. Definitely worth to try

Set sail to this place after seeing a picture of their lobster roll on instagram! Boy, this burger totally stole the limelight off the crustaceans.

+$8 to change the Angus patty to Wagyu! Totally worth it! The wagyu gives this favourable fragrance in every bite. Juicy Goodness! Would have been perfect if the fries were crispier.

It might sound expensive, but after seeing that there's lots of fresh chunks of lobster meat, coming from one whole Atlantic lobster, the price is justified. Moreover, each mouthful was satisfying with its natural sweetness as it is only lightly dressed in housemade herb mayonnaise. The nicely toasted brioche bun seals the deal.

Finally tried the lobster roll @ the market grill. The lobster roll is nice but I think I prefer my grilled lobster. Service was great!

#tip #solodiners - If you are visiting on Saturday, do note that there are 2 seatings, 6-8pm or 8-10pm.

Served with salad & Fries. I like how the lobster meat wasn’t heavily seasoned with mayo, allowing the natural sweetness of the lobster to shine through. 🤤

An entire lobster was used in this roll. It will be perfect if the Toasted Brioche bun can be a little more buttery throughout. The Market Grill uses Live Atlantic Lobsters flown in from Maine & Boston hence the slightly Hefty Price Tag. 🔖
