They also have vegetarian options for non-meat eaters: the Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio that is accompanied by a tart passion fruit dressing, and the Coal Roasted Purple Sweet Potato paired with toasted grains and a flavourful spiced raita and onion curry.

If you’re there solely to party, pop right up to their alfresco Rooftop Bar on level 3 and snag the New Year’s Eve Rooftop Boozy Package ($688++) which serves up to 6 pax and is available from 5pm till late.
