2022 will soon be coming to an end. That can only mean it’s time to bid farewell to the past year and cheers to new beginnings! If you haven’t already made plans for New Year’s Eve, here are some suggestions.
For Unparalleled Views Of Singapore’s Skyline
Spend your last hours of 2022 at Smoke & Mirrors and raise a toast to the new year as you watch the highly-anticipated fireworks display at the end of the night. Before that, indulge in their NYE Special Menu (priced at $1,088 for 2 pax & $548++ for every additional pax) which will be available from 9pm to 1am. This includes four-hour’s worth of free-flow beverages such as cocktails, sparkling champagnes, wines, spirits, and beer on tap. But that’s not all, you’ll also get half a dozen freshly-shucked Sunseeker oysters, a round of truffle fries, a range of six tortilla tacos served with deep-fried Baja Cod, 8-hour slow-roasted lamb shoulder, and orange-cola pulled pork.
For Curated Cocktails & Rhythmic Beats
Farrer Horse is gearing up to celebrate 2023 in style, with its first ever New Year’s Eve party celebration. Drop by on 31 December 2022 between 9pm and 1am to enjoy an array of cocktails while you bop to rhythmic beats by DJ Bobos who will be spinning Hip Hop, R&B and throwback songs all night long. Here’s where you and your friends can usher in the new year with good tunes!
For Dance-Hall Infused Hits
Clink your glasses to the year’s end at CÉ LA VI’s Club Lounge with extended hours from 3pm to 6am! Their venue which overlooks the sunset-silhouetted cityscapes will surely offer a spectacular view of the fireworks display come midnight. If you dress your finest for their ‘Old Hollywood’ theme, you’ll get to enjoy admittance from 10pm onwards for $98 nett—this includes a glass of champagne. Expect to find their resident DJs spinning B2B defiant sets of dance-hall infused hits as you dance the night away!
For A Special New Year’s Eve Menu
Bid the year goodbye with LeVel 33’s New Year’s Eve menu ($588++ per pax)! Their special menu features items such as the sustainable Australian Kingfish Ceviche that’s drizzled with coriander oil, served with spent grain crackers and smoked salmon roe, as well as the juicy Westholme Sirloin MBS9, a charcoal grilled cut which comes with caramelised shallots and tropical peppers. They also have vegetarian options for non-meat eaters: the Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio that is accompanied by a tart passion fruit dressing, and the Coal Roasted Purple Sweet Potato paired with toasted grains and a flavourful spiced raita and onion curry.
For A Boozy New Year’s Eve Package
Ring in the new year at Kinki Restaurant + Bar, the perfect spot for not just a breathtaking view of the fireworks display but also for a delicious dinner! Head to level 2 of the venue for their 4-course ($128++ per pax) or 6-course ($198++ per pax) dinner set menus which are filled with mouth-watering starters, mains, and delightful desserts.
If you’re there solely to party, pop right up to their alfresco Rooftop Bar on level 3 and snag the New Year’s Eve Rooftop Boozy Package ($688++) which serves up to 6 pax and is available from 5pm till late. Then all that’s left to do is toast to the new year with the following alcohol offerings: two bottles of Moët & Chandon Champagne, a choice of spirit by the bottle, and three of Kinki’s signature cocktails. The package also includes a Rooftop Snack Platter of Kinki Wings, Ebi Fry, and Cassava Nachos.
