I am usually disappointed when my red or green curry comes too watery, like the viscosity of clear Tom yum soup. Flavors were on point but I definitely did not order a soup!
This was version 2. Sent back the first one as it was not spicy enough. Okay, I got what I wanted after the enhancement. But SHIOKKK 😛
I have high expectations for this, being my fav dish in Thai cuisine. Sadly, this was lacking the much needed wokhei and everything went downhill from there.
I hardly say this but I’ll appreciate if it had more grease in there. Slightly dry. The flavors were mild, lacking in seasoning and definitely leaves a lot to be desired
