Totally totally blow my mind when this was served. Firstly I had already finished my rendang beef set and soto soup. This was way too big for me. But the looks of it is telling me, bite me! I obliged. The omelette was like nothing I've eaten before. It's like an thick egg pancake, soft and warm inside and crispy edge. Soaked in a sweet and sour sauce (like our Hainanese pork chop). I downed another 3 slices! Need I say more?
Love the peanut sauce that goes with it. It's peanut with oyster sauce or some salty sauce.
Well executed fried crabs in salted egg yolk and curry leaves. What's more, it's only B$40 for 4 crabs!!!
