Amazing seafood We ordered a bunch of a la carte dishes and everything came out super fast. The salmon tartare was spicy, fresh and really good, served on some puffed rice cracker of some sort. The bread was soft and crisp, and the seaweed butter was super tasty, kinda like seaweed soup. The prawn toast was the best dish hands down. Juicy plump prawns with great flavor and a nice crunch. Must order. The octopus was tasty too, nice grilled flavor with sambal belacan, soft but not mushy, with some chew. You can definitely tell its fresh. The lobster paofan looked great and the lobster was super fresh with strong flavor. Overall amazing food and super quick service. Definitely coming back for a special occassion.

please get the prawn toast i know it’s $$ but so worth it super yummy! very nice ambiance for date nights or corporate hangouts tbh esp considering the location - def have to agree they’re more midrange prices expect like a $40/ pax pricing but trust. so good. the salmon tartar + prawn toast is a MUST try - they were super fresh & they held different taste at the same time; like this complex lovely taste coming altogether 🥰🥰😭 surprised at how the octopus was grilled nicely too and not at all rubbery which is common outside - literally saw the head chef constantly check the internal temperature HAHAHAH

Tender Ribeye The 200-day grain-fed Stockyard ribeye with nam jim jaew was a highlight — exceptionally tender and beautifully enhanced by the accompanying salt. The snow pork tsukune with cured egg yolk introduced an intriguing flavour. Closing with the burnt toast ice cream sandwich, accented by banana crumbs and mint, brought a refreshing sweetness that rounded out the meal with finesse.

Signature Pistachio Paste Signature Pistachio Paste ($6.90 // +$1.50 for vanilla ice cream) - I'm not sure if the added vanilla ice cream, which quickly melts in the warm paste, is the reason, but the consistency seems a bit thin to me. The pistachio flavour was relatively distinct and the paste was smooth. Overall, a decent but sweeter variant.

Excellent steak!! I had a really good dinner at Meadesmoore. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a nice balance of elegance and comfort. The dry-aged wagyu beef tartare was delicious — tender, well-seasoned, and nicely complemented by the crisp garlic chips. The 25-day dry-aged steak was the highlight of the meal, cooked perfectly with a rich, deep flavor that showed the quality of the meat. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience that I’d happily recommend.

Top class steak house An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The Chimichurri-Crusted Bone Marrow was indulgent yet balanced — the touch of Rice Krispies added both texture and lightness, a thoughtful detail that elevated the dish. The Wagyu Striploin was cooked to perfection, melt-in-the-mouth tender and full of flavour, easily worth every penny. The Balsamic Mushrooms were creamy, aromatic, and deeply comforting — a quiet standout of the evening. To end, the Pavlova Flotante was a delightful surprise; the mango and passionfruit brought brightness and tartness that refreshed the palate beautifully. Excellent service and an elegant setting completed a truly memorable meal.

Fantastic Wagyu Striploin from Hokkaido The wagyu beef is so so so….. good. Super tender and juicy, just melt in my mouth! Tiramisu is a must too !

Gyubei Yakiniku 5 Star Set ($78++) We also had the 1-for-1 October promo Gyubei Yakiniku 5 Star Set ($78++) which came with Tomo-Sankaku, Kamenoko, Harami, Hokkaido Pork, and US Short Ribs. Really worth it since you pay half the price for two sets.

Wagyu 7-Cut Set ($98++) Last week went @yakiniku_gyubei_sg to eat beef.🤭 Tried their limited-time Wagyu 7-Cut Set ($98++), which sadly ended already. The cuts included Kamenoko, Kalbi, Tomo-Sankaku, Kata, Shin-Shin, Sirloin, and Rib-Shin, all beautifully layered on their signature yakiniku wooden staircase. The set came with 2 rice, 2 soup, lettuce with condiments, and side dishes like kimchi and yellow beansprouts. Not refillable tho, so pace yourself. 😅 Beef quality is top notch. Just look at the marbling. Grill it on the stove and enjoy that natural sweet beefy flavour with succulent texture. Best wrapped in fresh lettuce for a crunchy refreshing bite, or paired with rice for something more filling. Even a simple dip in salt and pepper brings out its full delicacy. Also, the ventilation is pretty good. Didn’t feel smoky at all and no lingering smell on me after the meal. An Indian Feast We ordered Butter Paneer Masala, Fish Tikka, Chicken Tikka Masala and Egg Briyani. They were all super good and well seasoned. Love that extra punch you get from indian spices. Definitely satisfied our craving for indian food!

Yummy steak & fantastic ambiance Had a fantastic experience at Ingleside Singapore! I ordered the Wagyu picanha, which was roasted over applewood – the meat was tender, rich in flavor, and cooked perfectly. What really impressed me was the little touches: the sourdough bread was warm and crusty, and the tomato butter was tangy, creamy, and addictive. The team was warm and attentive throughout, and the cozy interior made it feel like a hidden gem in the city. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who appreciates well-crafted dishes and thoughtful hospitality

Tajima Wagyu Picanha The food at Ingleside was amazing. Highly recommend the Tajima Wagyu Picanha super tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Perfectly cooked and full of rich, layered taste. Definitely a standout dish worth coming back for! The vibe there is really nice too.

Fantastic Meats Ingleside absolutely impressed me — the Tajima Wagyu Picanha was rich, juicy, and full of flavour, enhanced beautifully by the shio koji marinade. Every bite had that umami depth that only comes from careful preparation. The Lampino Ibérico was just as special. Knowing they dry-age and ferment everything themselves makes it even more impressive — you can taste the difference in the quality and detail. The staff made the experience even better with warm, attentive service. Definitely one of my new favourite spots for a good date night.

Pork riblets 38++ Very good flavour, abit more mediocre on the texture, it doesn't have as much bite as it needs to. Frankly speaking, just spam the pork belly here there's no other meat that's more worth it or taste better

Jowl 38++ 150g They're dammed expensive so better do your research before coming here The jowl is ok, somewhat crunchy but really not crunchy enough, not good enough for this price

Chicken Skewers Unlike cookie cutter Japanese food stalls, this has very real, homely vibes. Meaty and cheap $1 skewers. But they tasted closer to kebab or PRC meats.

Agedashi Tofu Unlike cookie cutter Japanese food stalls, this has very real, homely vibes. I think they rushed this because the coat did not hold well. Tofu was also very local and dense like taukwa.

Seasonal Mixed Rice with Chicken Katsu Unlike cookie cutter Japanese food stalls, this has very real, homely vibes, with some Okinawa food, including this. Is Okinawa near Fujian because this is similar to kiam png. A lot of ingredients, including shiitake, meat, mussels and carrot. The katsu was executed well though smaller than most places.

Amazing KBBQ spot! We tried the pork bbq set, as well as an additional portion of marinated beef ribs to try. The pork was well grilled by the staff, and was bursting with so much flavour. The marinated beef ribs was very tender and flavourful as well. The steam egg and soybean paste soup was a nice addition as well. The side dishes were also refillable and they were done well too. Will definitely add The House Chungdam as one of my top KBBQ places here!

A comforting Korean feast The banchan was fresh and flavourful. The kimchi had a good balance of spice and tang. The Soy Bean Jjigae was thick, savoury, and full-bodied, giving a warm and comforting taste that paired well with rice. The Cheese-Potato Jeon was crispy on the outside and soft inside, with melted cheese adding a rich, creamy touch to each bite. The Ribeye (AUS Wagyu Prime) was beautifully marbled and tender, melting in the mouth with a buttery texture and smoky flavour. The Pork Belly (Prime Cut) was just as impressive. Juicy, well-grilled, and perfectly balanced between lean meat and fat.

Great KBBQ in town Had a great meal! Got the pork bbq set along with the cold noodles. Staff grilled the bbq meats to perfection for us, and there was a huge variety of sauces/sides for us to pair the meat with. Highly recommend for those weekday night dinners in town!
