Comforting and hearty dinner Solid satisfying dinner with nice and cosy setting. Porridge was comforting and food was tasty. Had the salted egg pork ribs, which was tender and flavourful! Claypot brinjal, with that wokhei infused into the dish, crispy Teochew prawn rolls, fluffy minced pork omelette, but the star dish was the Deep Fried Pomfret with Black Bean Sauce- well fried, and fins so crispy like crackers. Not too salty as well. We will be back!

Taiwanese Porridge in SG! Went for a lovely dinner date here, ordered the qing long cai, cereal prawn and hotplate tofu, love the powerful flavour of the food there and not to mention everything is well seasoned, will definitely go back!

modern, tasty KBBQ Visited for a weekday dinner and had a nice time! The restaurant was decorated with a modern and clean aesthetic. We ordered the marinated short ribs, pork jowl and potato and cheese jeon. My personal favourite was the marinated short rib, it is Australian wagyu so it's extremely juicy and very flavourful when paired with the banchan. Highly recommended!

Contemporary Korean BBQ From the ambience to the food, The House Chungdam is an elegant and refreshing take on Korean BBQ. The space is contemporary, and the food is authentic yet shows hints of innovation. For BBQ meats, we chose a serving of Marinated Boneless Beef Short Rib and Pork Jowl. Both were great cuts and carefully cooked to perfection by the staff. I personally preferred the beef for its tenderness and taste. We also ordered a Cheese-Potato Jeon which has fluffy-textured potatoes from Gangwon, the birthplace of Jeon. I was also pleasantly surprised and amazed to find that I left the restaurant without experiencing strong lingering food scents!

Very nice kbbq Amazing food. (the home made spicy kimchi was damn good) friendly and informative staff. nice ambience. and possibly the best part, you somehow miraculously don't smell like barbecue afterwards.

Great brunch place Had really good focaccia sandwiches and truffle fries here! Nice and cosy cafe to have a nice brunch and their matcha is surprisingly great, on par with specialty matcha stores

tasty focaccia sandwiches! Had Yeast Side at KAP and loved the relaxed and chill vibe of the outdoor seating! We shared two different focaccia sandwiches - the smashed beef and the salmon burrata - and I liked that the focaccia bread was nice and chewy! Also had their lychee tea which was very refreshing.

Weekend treat! Decided to give their focaccia sandwiches a shot as pizza felt slightly heavy for lunch, and didn’t regret our decision one bit! The crab focaccia was our crowd favourite, not shy of the meat filling at all and we savoured every bite. Overall a more than decent lunch spot to satisfy sandwich cravings!

Great Focaccia and cozy ambience I stopped by Yeastside for lunch, and it was such a great choice. The place has a cozy vibe, and it was really cool watching them make the focaccia from scratch right in front of us. Had the Smoked Salmon Burrata, and it was super tasty. The focaccia was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the fresh smoked salmon with tomatoes was the perfect combo. Every bite was packed with flavour. I also tried the Mentaiko Mac and Cheese, and it was really filling. The mentaiko added this rich, savoury punch to the creamy mac and cheese, which made it stand out from the usual version. Overall, the meal was delicious and really satisfying. The drinks were great as well, had the matcha and hojicha foam series. The vibe was chill, and the staff were friendly. Can't wait to go back

Amazing Brunch Spot! Visited Yeastside for brunch with my partner! It was such a chill place. We had the hojicha and matcha drinks from the foam series and they were made with Niko Neko powders! They were so good and easy to drink. Most importantly, the drinks matched the vibes and the food so well. We also ordered the Salmon Burrata Focaccia Sandwich and the Mentaiko Mac & Cheese! The Focaccia Sandwich was so fresh! Paired with the creamy and light burrata and the savoury, fresh salmon, every bite was perfect. We ordered the Mentaiko Mac & Cheese because we’ve never seen any restaurants offer this, and was curious if it would taste too heavy. However, it was so good! We never thought mentaiko and mac & cheese would go so well together 😍 Loved the food and vibes at Yeastside. Will definitely be back!!

One prawn and co! Wanted to go for something unique with a fancy setting recently to treat myself and came across One Prawn & Co. I decided to try the The Holy Halibut! Signature Fish Burger which was something else. The buns are golden and buttery, with a crispy cheese layer that adds a nice crunch. The fish fillet is perfectly seasoned, with a golden crust that gives way to soft, flaky flesh. I'd definitely recommend it!

dinner at one prawn & co! ambience was really nice and the staff were super accommodating, and explained each dish so well! i personally think a lot of thought was put into each dish, which reflected in the quality of the dish. this applies to the drinks as well which were seasonal, and very contextualised to local tastes. some even paid homage to local dishes. personally would recommend the dry aged kingfish loin, tiger prawns and salmon tatare. good to visit for a special occasion!

Sunday Dinner I was craving something different from the usual restaurant fare, and this place delivered a unique culinary experience. You can see the experimentation in the menu, and I highly recommend it. Be sure to try the Salmon Tartare and Hae Bee Hiam Burrata! Salmon Tartare with Squid Ink Cracker This spicy, umami-rich salmon was vibrant and refreshing—a perfect starter for two. It's an absolute must-try! Whisker Sour During their cat/neko-themed week, I couldn't resist the Whisker Sour, a playful twist on the classic whiskey sour. The unexpected addition of bonito flakes created a surprisingly enjoyable flavor blend, making this cocktail a fun choice!

Spot-on Steak! The food here was amazing! I went down with my partner and we had such a great time. The steak was just spot on – juicy, flavorful, and cooked so well that we were both just nodding at each other after the first bite. We also had the mac and cheese, which was wholesome, cheesy, and so comforting (definitely one of those dishes that makes you feel good inside). The bone marrow was another highlight – so rich, buttery, and just packed with flavor, I honestly wanted more of it. Service-wise, everything was top notch. The staff were really attentive without being over the top, making sure we had what we needed and checking in at just the right moments. It added to the whole experience and made the night even better. All in all, just a great meal with great vibes.

Amazing steak place. Had a fantastic meal here. The steak was amazing and I really liked the two sauces that came with it. The truffle mac and cheese was really good, and the cauliflower went so well with the sauce they paired it with. The bone marrow was rich and tasty too. Service was great, the staff took the time to explain the different cuts of steak, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience.

10/10 💯 Meadesmoore is nothing short of amazing! The 25-days Aged Meadesmoore Cut was the real highlight of the meal, but everything else we had like Wagyu Beef Tartare and Roasted Mushrooms held their own too. Will definitely be back in the future for all major milestones and celebrations! The whole restaurant was cosy and staff were enthusiastic about sharing more on each dish. Truly a place to revisit!

Tapioca 2.5nett Not executed V well, it's very bland and salty for some reason. Texture is soft

Meicai pork kueh The meicai was very well seasoned and pronounced, and this was thus excellent

Eggplant kueh Their Kueh is basically chwee Kueh, that's why the texture is so unique The eggplant filling tastes like curry puff curry, and it's not particularly good

Mentaiko Potato Salad & Sakura Chicken with Curry Miso & Dried Chilli Using something like mentaiko just raised potato salad to another realm. The well-fried thigh meat was enjoyable.

Kohi Pork & King Oyster Mushroom & Prawn Couscous Salad with Yuzu-Sesame Dressing I've always liked this coffee pork. Very strong coffee taste. Lovely glass prawns and couscous in the other one.

Cumin Carrot Soup I had to pick this personal favourite.

Cosy, chill dinner spot! Seng House was a cosy little place for a nice casual dinner date! Ordered the smoked squid and citrus and claypot chicken rice to share with my friend because we weren’t too hungry, but when both of these dishes arrived, our hunger was aroused haha! Our favourite had to be the smoked squid, because you can really taste the smokiness from the grill but the tangy flavours of the pomelo that were topped on it helped to bring a good balance to the bitter char! This was a solid 8/10 for me and my friend. The chicken rice came in a claypot and we were told to mix it so the slightly charred crispy bits at the bottom get distributed, and we absolutely loved how fragrant the rice was! Very interesting take on the local chicken rice dish, paired with a solid spicy hainanese chili sauce. For dessert we had the durian creme brulee, two of my favourites as a sweet treat after dinner. The sugar at the top was slightly bitter but when eaten together with the custard and durian, perfectly evens out the sweetness and making the dessert one that you could just keep on going! Overall, I loved the chill cosy vibes of the place and interesting food choices offered at Seng House. Only gripe is that it can be a bit out of the way if you don’t have a car, but there are a few buses that brings you to different mrt stations, so just beware of this :)

Smoked squid & citrus Nice dinner place with good vibes and satisfactory meal. Ordered claypot chicken rice, smoked squid & citrus and the durian crème bulee. The claypot chicken rice was very fragrant and the charred rice added additional crisp. Love the smoked squid the most! It has a nice smoky taste and the squid was chewy with addition of pomelo which gives it a refreshing twist. Creme bulee was also great, it was creamy and rich and the durian pengat at the side enhanced the durian flavour further which ties the dish nicely together. There were quite a few interesting items on the menu, would definitely be back again to try the other dishes!

Great place Delicious food at affordable price

Pizza They offer a wide variety of pizza from thick crust to thin crust , it’s pretty good if ure in e mood for pizzas . Those giant capers was awesome , but there was simply too much cream on top the bread , overwhelming everything else on the toast .

Tiramisu For dessert, the Tiramisu ($15) was more than lovely. Not too wet or dry, the stack came together exceptionally well. It wasn’t overly alcoholic in taste and I really enjoyed the citrus/ orange aftertaste I got after each bite. The creme was yummy and the chocolate powder dusted at the very top made it even better!

Parma Pizza A nice balance; crafted with a tangy tomato sauce base, mozzarella cheese, parma ham, stracciatella cheese and sun-dry tomatoes, ANTO Pizza E Aperitivi’s classic Parma ($38) pie was simply amazing. Wonderfully put together, it didn’t feel like a full-blown meaty pizza but rather a moreish and well-executed slice with a bit of everything. Crisp, puffy crust and fluffy-chewy in the middle. The leopard-spotted corners were my favourite parts.
