Chanced upon this in Taichung on my previous trip, and I'm so glad for Taipei outlets!! There is a reason for being the pioneers of bubble tea, there's this taste that other shops can't replicate. Lightly brewed tea fragrance with very soft and chewy pearls. The addition of some crushed ice & foam on top just completes this cup of bubble milk tea!
