A "japeritif" of imo shochu, Strega and our personal favorite Becherovka liqueur, built upon with a blend of fresh fruit juices: lime, kalamansi and strawberries. A dash of San Bitters rounds the drink with just the notes we like: sour and bitter with strong finishing notes of Becherovka. Love!

Am absolute must-try is the bak kwa cocktail. Honey glazed Bee Cheng Hiang bak kwa is fat-washed in Bulleit bourbon before being stirred into orange and cinnamon syrup to enhance its savory sweetness. Leave the drink to settle for a few, and be charmed by its smokiness. Pure delight!
