Today's lunch was a light and tasty salad of quinoa, grape tomatoes, capsicum, avocado, tuna, spinach and chickpeas.

Gotta say, I'm pretty happy with this meal. Fresh and healthy.

Oh so good! Herbed mushroom, avo, hummus, cheese and coleslaw. Delish!

The salad was tasty and the lamb was well cooked. For $24, I might have expected just a little more oomph though.

I love my home made hummus! the cous cous was nice too.

Oh my, the cauliflower was awesome!

Nice, cheap, light breakfast. With yoghurt, muesli and berries for less than $5, you can't go wrong!
