Cooked this for four pax. The challenge was the heat control (火候). This time turned out ok. Rice was fragrant , slightly moist n slightly burnt at the bottom. Chicken was a bit over-cooked though. Hm. ..
Hey, this is the thing I came back to Hakodate for. As a major fishing port, Hakodate offers inexpensive fresh seafood to Japanese food lovers. The sweet ebi n uni mixed with the saltish ikura and the sour sweet rice made this a heavenly breakfast treat ！
Smooth, subtle miso soup, lovely. Springy n slurpy ramen. Would be perfect if the pork was more tender. Overall, a full hearty ramen treat in a cold winter day. 好湯，有层次，味噌份量恰好，面条Q，滑，没得说，耍是肉片能煮软，就太好了！不过，在寒冬吃到这碗面，满足矣。

Excellent risotto ooked by the Senior Chef who is an Italian. The fragrant smell of seafood and spice plus the sweetness of prawn n squid made this risotto the best western meal I have had for a while. A great find in U town. :D
Chanced upon this stall two weeks ago The noodle was surprisingly good. Noodle was cooked just right - was springy and the char siew, wanton n the sauce were all good. Came back tonite for supper. :D 面条爽口，叉焼靓，醤汁味道可口！赞！
