It's the best local joint in chongqing. There are no tables, take out only. So many flavor, but they work together in perfect harmony. Not to mention its like $1US per bowl. I had it 5 days in a row for the 5 days I was in chongqing.
I was torn to eat each piece bc it's not sushi, it's art. Every bite was memorable. Best sushi I've had outside of Japan.
Sea urchin with beef tataki; Salmon row and raw quail egg! Sensational. Ud never thought they'd work so well together!
Make sure you ask for the special mustard. Great sandwich place for the t dotters!
