Jazz made a reservation last year November and we finally get to eat it yesterday after waiting for 4 months! 😋
It is $80 per pax and I was satisfied with the food and the service. There is a lot of variety of food they served us, from the starter all the way to ice cream.
The Chef and the crew will cook and plate the food infront of you and pass it to you personally or spoon feed you personally 😂

This is our second dish out of the many many dishes (too many to count). It's all so fresh and yummy. The freshest sashimi I have eaten.
And remember to make your reservation in advanced because reservation is always full!

Refreshing and fragrant! Decently nice... Will definitely order this again if I happen to dine at Ajumma's.
So far, the best Korean ginseng chicken soup I have tasted is from The Palace Korean Restaurant located at the basement of the Chevron House at Raffles Place. 🌬 my mind off. Too good. HAHAHA

The side dish is a total rip off. I know that it is super expensive and they only gave a few pieces of fried chicken. Taste like those frozen processed food that you can get in supermarket.
The noodle is not bad but not that good for me to go back again. We are able to choose either soft or hard noodle and we chose the hard one.
Was expecting a lot though 😕

It won't go wrong choosing spicy rice cake because it can only taste either nice or super nice.
For those who prefer a not so spicy rice cake you can choose the one with cheese. And if you really like spicy food, there is a level of spiciness for you to choose from too. Choose the spiciest or you can request for extra spicy(out of the standard spiciness they gave you). Really nice and chewy. Personally I think that it will taste better with potato and some spring onions! 😋

This is super filling and shiok, the spicy sauce really makes the dish super yummy and spicy!
The octopus are quite big and juicy but there were only a few pieces 😭
The seaweed soup is really nice too. Really like that they did a good job for the sides too. Usually the seaweed soup will be neglected and taste like water. LOL

They are so generous with their durian fillings. It tasted like real durian straight from the durian fruit. Some durian fillings are obviously mixed with only a minimal amount of original durian flesh, cream and maybe the durian purée? (Not sure, never make any before 😂) #burpple #burpplesg

Compared to fish and co? Incomparable. This is overpriced. Too overpriced. Nearing to $30. Fish is too bland, had to empty out the sauce twice. If they are trying to aim for a healthy fish and chips, they failed too. It's their responsibility to make it both nice and healthy. No?

The first time I looked at the ingredients I wasn't impress by it at all because it's all vegetables and a super small portion of meat. Where is all my meat?! 😡

I actually enjoyed all the organic fresh vegetables and the meat portion is just nice(surprisingly). I was super full and I wasn't that guilty eating that much because it consist mainly of vegetable. The soup is really thick and creamy, even my Mom who dislike Japanese cuisine loves it so much.
A small plate of seaweed will be served for you to add into your soup to get a different taste. Remember to try it first by adding it into your own soup bowl. There are also 4 types of sauce that you can eat with. I specially love the chilli and the other one with onions. Both so fragrant!
About $25 per pax and this is a portion of 4 pax. Soup refillable once. If you're eating with rice, they will only serve you the rice when you're finish with all the ingredients. The rice will suck up all the remaining soup that you have left in the pot.
I've tried the noodle before and I still prefer the rice. Shall try brown rice the next time I go back!
