Came here for lunch on New Year's Day after reading excellent reviews. We were not disappointed in the slightest - the Carne Rossa pizza arrived piping hot and topped with an array of fresh ingredients including home-pickled chilli and onions. The pizza crust was unlike anything we've ever had before - incredible wood-oven flavor, chewy but not tough, with a texture reminiscent of sourdough. We also ordered a squid ink spaghetti which was cooked perfectly, with fresh clams to boot. Even though it was cold and rainy outside, the food and lovely ambience warmed our hearts and souls. As if that wasn't enough, the manager was super attentive and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

Hi guys I think I just baked the best CNY cookie out of all the cookies thus far!!๐Ÿ˜ melt-in-your-mouth bak kwa cookies which are super fragrant and are a perfect blend of sweet & savoury๐Ÿ™† (which are great cos i don't really like overly sweet cookies) hehe brb in cookie heaven๐Ÿช๐Ÿ‘ผ

Made black sesame tuiles, which are 'a thin crisp French cookie with a lacy texture, and a traditional curved shape'. They taste wonderful and I can't stop eating them but I don't think I'll ever make them again cos it's way too time consuming๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Not the most photogenic bowl of food but I made cauliflower fried rice for lunch!!!๐Ÿ˜„ with fried egg, corn, mushrooms and bak kwa pieces๐Ÿ˜ and it really tastes a lot like actual fried rice whoohooo

I like putting vegetables into cakes so I can pretend they are healthy hehe๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Today's culinary experiment: 2 ingredient homemade beancurd!!!๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š and I am very happy to report that this tastes exactly like laoban or whatever and I'm never wasting my money to buy those anymore so there๐Ÿ‘‹

Too lazy to use the oven to bake today so instead made Gula Melaka coconut agar agar!๐Ÿฎ(To use up some leftover coconut milk) quite sad that the layers didn't separate like they were supposed to๐Ÿ˜ข

CNY bake #2: Cashew nut cookies!!!๐ŸŒฐ๐Ÿช first time making nut cookies so I'm quite glad these turned out okay๐Ÿ™ˆ
