Double Scoop Waffle I got double scoops (cookies & creme/earl grey) to go along with waffles dusted with cinnamon and icing sugar which includes a choice of chocolate/maple/salted caramel sauce. Both flavours complemented well with the waffle. The texture of the waffles was crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside 》$14

Double Scoops Salted Caramel x Hojicha ($9.50) I did proposed to walk there for ice cream lol but it's such a long journey tbh. But then I didn't regretted to do that bc their location was out of the way for trying their ice cream. But their signature flavour (Salted Caramel) just felt me "wow" and savoury taste whereas their tea flavour was just meh like milky and not much roasted tea taste tbh.

What’s The Hype? It doesn’t taste Thai at all. Just normal beef noodles with Thai basil, chili flakes and vinegar chili. Beef was tender though and it’s halal!

5nett Portion + Beefballs 1nett Didnt know the 5$ portion didnt come with Beefballs. Its been so long since i was here; the last time i was here i havent used Burpple yet. Beef and tripe were super tender and flavourful as always. Because of that this is still my favourite place for thai beef Noodles. The tendons were cooked well too. Beef balls were fine but 2 beef balls for 1$ is a little steep. Really nice service too

Unique Dish Because Chill vibes, dishes come in big portions. This is the seafood platter but what’s unique is that I think they laid a bed of taro mash at the bottom? Anyway it goes really well with the seafood and in fact I dipped it with other dishes like fries, chicken cutlet etc

Beef Ribs Ribs is my Favourite so I have high expectation whenever I order them. This iteration from badoque didn't disappoint me. There ribs even though a teeny bit overcook it still taste great . Serving is quite generous.The bread surprisingly tasty when dip with the side of mashed creamy blended potatoes. Sgd $24 ( I think, 🤣 can't remember the exact price) Hot water is charged $1.00 served with slice of lemon.

Chili Chombis A must-have appetiser from Badoque is this Chili Chombis. What's hidden beneath these breaded nuggets is jalapeños with cream cheese and spices, giving you that kick before you get your main course. Pop it in your mouth before it turns cold, and unless you love jalapeños to the max, I will not advise you to finish the whole thing on your own. Thank goodness I have got my water ready for this.

Jumbo Platter We tried for the 1st time grab delivery for this awesome platter that we usually eat in Sofra restaurant itself. It’s so pretty even in a take-out! Fed so many of us at home! Love it!

Kunefe It looks so good but one must appreciate coconut to like this dessert. I liked it!

Philly Submarine & Torpedo Fries Compared to legit Philly cheesesteak, this is nonsense (too stingy). In an alternate universe without cheesesteak, this is okay.

Beef BBQ Cheesesteak Sandwich Taste wise, good. Nothing to shout about. Just an ordinary beef sandwich with abundance of cheese. However, it was not that memorable. The beef needed some 'chews'. It was not that impressively packed, but good enough to fill me! That's all that matters to a hungry stomach. HAHA. The ambiance is great, especially in second floor. Homey and relaxing. Great for some gelato afternoons! 😘 #burpple

Thai Milk Tea and Sea Salt Caramel Gelato 🍦 Sooo fast to melt!!! I just moved for a few steps, it started to melt already. I liked the Sea Salt Caramel although, it was too sweet for me. Speculoo Cupcake I am in 2 minds about this cupcake. I love the centre which consist of a core of speculoo paste. I love the taste of lotus biscoff. The part I am undecided is that the cream and cake part is also quite sweet. While I like this cupcake, it got a little too much towards the end. I think I don't have a sweet tooth. So it might work for those who really love sweet stuff.

Chocolate Cupcake with rich Icing Between the Red Velvet Nutella and the Chocolate Orange Salted Caramel (pictured on the bottom half), I’ll go with the latter. A very moist cupcake, with a dab of salted caramel centre, the tangy liquorish was a nice of kick to the chocolate icing. It’s a little on a pricey side for $4 a muffin or ($20 for 6), but overall a nice cupcake I might come back for from time to time. *Note: my taste palate leans towards dark bitter chocolate at a sweet spot of 65%-72% cocoa. So please use that as a gauge of my taste perspective.

Authentic Peranakan Food! This is a hidden gem in Kampong Glam - relatively quiet and cosy environment, with authentic and ornate decor that spans two floors in an old shophouse. Perfect for tourists and locals alike; an Instagram-worthy place as well! Prices are quite affordable, and the Peranakan food was authentic and tasty. We shared the buah keluak chicken, Nonya chap chye, homemade ngor hiang and tahu telur. All of the dishes were great, esp. the tahu telur and Nonya chap chye. This place also takes reservations, and the wait staff are helpful and can take good photos for you too (: Greatly recommended - will be back for future visits!

Splendid Indonesian Fare Ambience is cosy amidst a rustic peranakan setting. We had the sambal kankong, beef rendang, tahu telor, pandan leaf chicken which were all a delight to the eyes and palate. Definitely worth a return visit.

Pomelo salad at Bumbu. Lots of disparate elements brought into a fresh, crisp harmony. Also I already miss the friend who dined with me come back soon!

Nutty Profession $6.50 🍫🥛☕️ Probably 600 calories of Nutella dunked in with an espresso popsicle served with a mini thing of warm milk! 🍫☕️🥛 Thanks to this I was completely wide awake at 3am! I had this at 830pm 😂 🍫☕️🥛 It is such a good combination though it takes a while for the Nutella to simmer down and blend well with the milk and espresso. 🍫☕️🥛 Definitely try their ondeh ondeh cake as well!
