The fresh lobsters at Olive Tree can be rather elusive, with diners swooping in and clearing the tray as soon as they can. If you don't manage to grab enough, indulge in as much crayfish, scallops and fresh prawns as you can. The hot dishes of braised lamb/ duck/ dory fare better than the usual run-of-the-mill buffet selections at other places. Be sure to save space for their never-ending selection of desserts!
