Not very nice. Meat was very dry, dense and hard and wasn’t even slightly warm. Rice was also very dry. Curry was also so-so. Can give it a miss.
It might seem kinda weird ordering a plate of fried rice in a Japanese ramen place but decided to give it a try after a friend recommended it w two thumbs up. The display board outside claims it is the best fried rice in Singapore to which I was a bit skeptical. I mean how nice can fried rice be right?
Boy.... was I wrong! It came out to be really fragrant and tasty!!! The little onion bits also gives it a really nice texture and occasional crunch. This is way better than all those many zi char places or crystal jade or ding Tai Feng. Definitely the best fried rice I’ve tasted in Singapore! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Fluffy waffles live up to its name! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Yummy! Had it with a scoop of chendol ice cream :9
This is one of my favourite places for chicken breast meat rice! The meat is tender and juicy, not dry like most other places. The single portion of chicken rice also comes with generous portion of meat! Chicken rice is also very fragrant and tasty! Always tempted to order 2nd round!
Joined the long queue of people with high expectations, but was kinda disappointed. It’s a personal preference but I prefer my char kway teow on the sweeter and wetter side than this version.
This time going for the healthy regular version that comes with Greek yoghurt, fruits and maple syrup. It’s pretty filling!
One of the slice cakes on rotation. Something unusual to try out if you see it on the display! The black sesame taste isn’t too overpowering and white peach gives it a refreshing compliment. Cream is also just nice and not too much so it’s something light to enjoy and not too jelak. ❤️
It was sold out when I got there so we had to wait half an hr for a new batch. Definitely worth the wait! Ice cream has a distinct tea taste and boba pearl were just nice, soft and chewy, not too hard.
Tasty smashed avocado and poached egg sits on a warm toasted bagel. Initially thought that the avocado wouldn’t have much taste but it is well seasoned and the texture blends well with the crunch of the bagel.
Tucked in a corner of Everton Park, a nice cosy place to slowly savour a hot cuppa ☕️
