Had the Negitoro Don, which is a rice bowl covered with minced tuna belly topped with raw quail egg. The concept of the dish itself was unique and the taste was not what we usually get elsewhere either - mincing the tuna belly makes the texture of the tuna smoother and easing on the mouth.
