The hot & crispy shoe string truffle fries was so good with or with out dipping the mayo that come tgt with the dish.
Pasta: Signature Duck Confit pasta
The pasta itself is handmade and it look like mee pok and it has a chewy texture. As for the shredded duck in the pasta it was soft and not dry.
Main: Salmon
Salmon has a strong fishy smell but it is not overcook
Dessert: Hazelnut Choux
It was good and not too sweet

Tasted the special flavour first it was surprising they have lychee fruit meat that come with the cream. Secondly the sponge cake are so soft and smooth texture.
First time trying this and I think I will purchase it in the future again. The only cons is It a little pricey for a small roll.

It a table for two and we ordered the beef brisket, crispy barramundi & Margherita pizza.
Food verdict
The beef brisket:
The meat was so well marinated and soft it also come together with scallop/potato/asparagus & two types of sauces.
Crispy barramundi:
The crispy batter of the barramundi was cold and soggy but the barramundi meat it self was hot.
Margherita pizza:
What amaze us was they used a wood fire oven for the 🍕🍕which make the pizza more delicious.
