Beautiful presentation that went with a quite a good dish..
At least that is what I think, because I can't really remember the name or what I was eating for this dish, with only the taste reminiscing in my mind.. It definitely is a crab which is very well cooked, bringing out its sweetness and also a delectable sauce to go along with the crab meat
With the sunshine egg hidden beneath the mushroom and Spanish ham, it's presentation is as good as how it taste
Third dish in and I am still bewilded by the chef's skill!! A seemingly normal dish done to perfection, bringing out the sweetness of they scallop and also having a very tasty garlic to help enhance the flavour
A very rich taste and silly feeling when eating it, not a dish where you could possibly eat too much but a dish always wanting for more!! Served in a right portion and would definitely go back for more
