Freshly made Soba with juicy beef slices in a savoury sweet broth! Highlight was the free-flow onsen tamago that I could add to my $15 bowl of noodles!
Super love that they give a choice of 100/200/300g of soba for the light to heavy carbohydrate appetites out there.

With Otoro (extra fatty tuna), Chutoro (fatty tuna), Akami (Lean Tuna) and Negitoro on the plate, we can fully relish in the superbly marbled fatty Bluefin tuna. I preferred the Otoro for its juicy oiliness while my hubby preferred the Chutoro which had a good balance of fats and lean meat.
