Alibabar is made up of different stalls, different styles and cuisine coming together under one roof. But on that day i specifically came for burgers, by The Burger Bar(one of their stalls) and i wasn't really dissapointed. My Lamb Beef Burger was tender, juicy but not enough flavour for me. Nice setting for the fries,but eating a burger served on a tray of serviette, didn't really turn out so well. You see, tissue when wet, tends to stick, get what i mean?? Besides that, everything turn out okay. The place looks good, cool concept, and they serve german beers on tap. 👍
The Four Cheese Pizza, cheesy good!! The Nachos with Tomato Salsa and Guacamole, well i finished it up all by myself. Hahaha.
Wasnt exactly wowed by the food there. Besides thats the only few choices you have if you're at BQ BAR. The place is awesome. But the food?The kebabs? Well i'm not gonna comment much bout it, except maybe give it a rating of,
5/10.
Well you can't actually get it in Singapore, it was kind of a gift,and i ain't showing you how the macaroons looked like. Hahaha but seriously, best one i ever tasted. Worth mentioning here. So if ever in your lifetime you get to Tokyo, Shinjuku or Shibuya. Don't forget to keep a lookout for it. 👍
Wondering why ICE COLD BEER? Well thats the name of the bar. Yup, located at 9 Emerald Hill Rd. This very western folk looking bar has numerous choices of barfoods. Well my choice was this Beef Stew served with toasted points. The beef is perfectly soft but hard enuf to bite. Confusing right? Lol.
Tips: You probably wanna have a glass of Duvél to go with it.
The duck was tender and not sticky or chewy, i'm not really a duck person but this one was okay, alright not just okay. It taste real good. And the pancakes wasnt too big or too spongy. The fluffiness and the size of it was just perfect. Love the pancakes.
I don't know about you guys but if i crave for some good North Indian food,personal favourites NAAN & BUTTER CHICKEN. I wouldn't go to expensive and classy restaurants for it,instead i'll head down here at AL-AMEEN located at Woodgrove Plaza, just 15 mins away from my home. The naan has the right texture and taste, not too bland. The butter chicken is so good, you can really taste the spices. The chicken is cooked perfectly,well portionised and the taste is just right. POWER DA!!!
Got suprised by someone with this actually.Chocolate Lava Cake in a cup with vanilla ice cream at the bottom. How cute!! Lol.I didnt know Choc Origin was also here until yesterday. The chocolate my friend, words won't be able tell you the feeling as you scoop the melted chocolate into your mouth. I got seconds by the way hahahahaha.
