Cheese is only a thin layer, not as much as Koi's macchiato or Gong Cha's previous milk foam tea. This picture looks like I have a lot of cheese in it but that's because I have already drank 3/4 of the tea. The top wall of the cup is just covered with cheese.
Personally, I have tried cheese tea before and this is just mediocre. Not much depth in flavour, and it's just milk foam with a little bit of cream cheese flavour. If it has more saltiness to it, I may like it more. If you are planning to add toppings, go for the large cup. Or else the tea will be gone in just a few gulps.
What I love about this cheese tea is the packaging. The lid has 2 openings, one for straw and one mouth opening for the cheese. This makes slurping the cheese so much more convenient! The cup is quite sturdy too. I may consider recycling it!
