This uncle and hand-made snack must be the last of its kind! So fortunate to have chanced upon it.

One of the few places in Singapore that bakes their own baguettes, explains the really crispy bahn mi! I bought home a couple of loaves, put them in the toaster and had with butter and omelette for breakfast!
