This dish is almost like lasagne. But thid is layered with potato, onion and cream. The top layer with cheese and courgette and some with almonds. So who want yo have a dinner with me ;)
It was very good. The rich and mighty flavor of the foie gras on toast is a real bite.
As today for lunch ;) An easy sandwhich with egg and courgette. I finished it with wasabi mayonnase.
Sushi is definitily one of the many favorite dishes of mine. Its beautiful, lot of good flavor, healthy and the most important it is delicious. Do you agree with me?
