The Duroc Pork Set that was cooked tableside with kimchi and green onions, was a delight. The charred kimchi paired perfectly with the fatty meats, and the bacon kimchi fried rice that was served on foil which we were told was the traditional method of cooking with the half-fried chicken added a satisfying finish to our meal.
I will definitely come back for the Aburi Shimesaba and Gyu Ponzu. The Aburi Shimesaba, Torched Vinegar Mackerel, was my favourite. It was tender and had a clean taste which I didn't expect from fish. The Tako Wasabi was a present surprise and a fantastic palate cleanser.
I really love the classy yet chill ambiance perfect for date night and they definitely dont skimp on thier sides! We had both the Onglet and Deckle and they were so incredibly juicy and indulgent, we were definitely stuffed at the end of the night. The sticky date pudding was defintly worth the extra calories.
Loved the chill yet classy vibe of the place. My partner and I shared a Duck Cassoulet and the grilled Halloumi. Which left just enough space for us to try the Brulee Toast, leaving us stuffed for the rest of the day. Just a heads up, the grilled Halloumi is a salad and it is vegetarian but the meaty flavour is something youall really need to try for yourselves. 10/10 will come again.
Really loving how there are seats here. I had the Strawberry Lulu and a Lemon Cruffin while my partner had the No.9 with a Qouign Amann. The combination of the Strawberry and Lemon definitely sated my sweet tooth. Thankfully managed to steal a bite of the Qouign Amann and it was so buttery, I wish I could have had more.

So we ended up getting a Katsu Curry and Kaisendon. While you can never go wrong with curry dishes, the Kaisendon tasted fresh with 5 different types of fish bring different textures to the bowl. The ambience created was pleasantly relaxed and cozy, and although there was only 1 service staff, the service was still timely and proficient. The excellent service was matched with a wide selection of food and alcohol. My personal favourites were the meat skewers which were so incredibly tender and well seasoned it would leave you ony wanting more.
Ordered the Chashu Green King ramen with an egg and an extra piece of pork belly, which i did not regret at all. The pork belly was so tender and flavourful it enhanced the whole exprience of the bowl. With really generous protions, id diffinatly go again. Tho some of my friends thought that the broth was too rich, i thought it was just right. You can adjust the broth richness when you order.
The service was great, the staff were incredibly responsive. The volcano shrimp was well seasoned with a good mix of tangy-ness and heat. Highly recommended! The ribeye was absolutely tender adding to the pleasant exprience.
