Fantastic experience at Ingleside! We started with some sourdough bread that came with an amazing butter that was fermented in house.
We moved on to the tasty Maitake & Pork which melted in our mouths.
The wonderful Roasted Red Cabbage was coated with a miso butter and balsamic vinegar and went well with the pieces of pancetta.
Everything led up to our mains, the Tajima Wagyu Picanha and the Lumina Lamb Loin. We got both in medium rare (cooked by wood fire) and it is a must try! The shio koji marinade offered a savory and slightly sweet umami flavor to both the beef and the lamb. Both meats were tender and we enjoyed every bite!
Definitely will return again soon!
Shout out to our server Nicholas who did a great job in explaining the menu so patiently to us!
Tried the Original Avocado as well as the Mango Smoothie with Konjac Pearls.
The drinks were not too sweet and had generous amounts of fresh fruit bits inside!
Definitely worth a try!
Was our first time having Russian/Ukrainian cuisine so We didnt really know what to expect.
We ordered the Russian dumpling combo platter to have a taste of all the different types of dumplings available. I personally enjoyed the beef one!
We also got the refreshing ice cream cola & home made kompot and ended off our meal with the delicious honey cake.
Definitely worth a visit and the owner was very helpful in explaining what the various dishes were all about!
