I chanced upon these tarts in foodpanda and they're now my favourite to go bakery. Tarts only costs $2.80 which is CHEAP compared to what you have to pay in town! Quite legit chocolate taste also. Lemon tart is pretty good too. They dont bake everyday so really got to grab 1 when you see in store!
I don't recommend it!!!! Milk tea is diluted. The serving is small for a lady like me. Worst of all I had a stomach pain after the meal with my companion đ to all those food bloggers saying its nice.. I won't return.
Menu states 2 sides but don't know why we can pick 3 (all the better!) Brussels sprouts taste a bit weird in my 2 visits here. Creamed spinach is my favourite! What is confusing is ordering the drinks which I'm not sure how to. No GST no service which is good for me!
In all my years of eating here, I deduced that the chef simply cook too slow. I also got annoyed that they took phone orders and is reasonably slowing everyone up in the queue! I do not recommend unless you are eating alone, they do a good fried egg bits but that is all. The soup has no taste at my latest visit so I decided I won't be back anymore. 2nd floor fish soup!
Beef is tender, soup is good! Add lemon at your own. Place is cosy and owned by a married couple with child. Noticed Vietnamese eating at this little joint when we are eating there as well. Add a Vietnamese iced tea for a $1. Will recommend to drop by!
I wish they would serve more meat as it's not very filling! The foie gras that day is also a bit overcooked whilst I thought they nailed it in a previous visit. Think for the price its not very competitive - can go other places to eat also!
U can opt for the red one (spicy) or mine (midori) which is pesto and cheese. It's something unique so I thought I'll try and hey I love it! Just that the one time I am there the person forgot to serve me my canned drink until when I'm like 3/4 done with my ramen and very thirsty for a drink (even waved for attention twice gees). Other than that all is good.
Well this dish always makes me return so I hope they don't remove it off the menu! Order takeaway and save on the 10% service charge. I don't fancy the vinegar sauce so I always ask for it to be removed. I eat it so often now that I figured out the ingredients (the black bits especially) but considering the trouble I much rather just go buy and pay $12 for it each time craving hits.
I always ordered this or the bacon whenever I need a quick pasta fix. Always opt for extra chilli and extra garlic to kick it up a notch!
Well between this and another eatery I ate recently which serve the same dish, this is definitely not as good.. the meat is dry, the foie gras serving is miserable! But Service Staff Is Nice and I hope they don't get reprimanded for this bad review.
Saved me a nice sum of money and thought I'll highlight the discount because the couple in front of me totally missed it whilst ordering đ anyway I might be bias but the outlet at raffles place seem to do it a bit better! The beef is cooked well and melts in my mouth! But a bit pricey and not super filling (though my lunch partner claimed she is)
Order the crispy prawn rolls I think they do it very well here!! And this æłĄé„ dish which isn't very common but very hearty and warm on a cold day. It's this thick soup with a lot of veggie bits and fish and the brown bits are rice which are pan fried and freshly poured into the soup to give the taste a crunch factor. Yum!! And only $7.90. I wish they're on food delivery I sure order often.
