Bonito flakes definitely added depth and flavour to the broth. Just a little too salty though... But it was still a good bowl of ramen

Worth the queue! Just that the broth was a little too gelat towards the end.

Quaint restaurant at the peak of Mount Faber, with a marvellous view. Dishes are quite innovative, and most importantly yummy! Bird's eye view of Singapore's breathtaking skyline and was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the light show happening.

Broth was amazing, infused with basil and Parmesan cheese. Sounds weird, but it definitely works!
