I ordered the Supreme Prawn Noodles and chose the non-spicy prawn broth with dry yellow noodles. The dish came in a piping hot claypot of prawn broth with noodles on the side. The noodles were springy and chewy and very well seasoned with the base. Then came the highlight of the dish - the prawn broth, which comes with 3 prawns, 3 prawn balls, and 2 pork ribs!
With the claypot style, it elevates the flavour and keeps the broth and the food warm throughout the meal! The broth was very savoury and very addictive overall! Even though the prawns weren't the biggest, they were all very fresh and easy to deshell! The prawn balls were also very chewy with a few chunks of prawns in it and the pork ribs were very tender and flavourful as well. The portion size was definitely more than enough for 1 pax as even though i am considered a big eater, I was stuffed and slightly overwhelmed by the sheer portion.
I also ordered the sotong youtiao which was very crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside, and such complementing dichotomy made the dish very enjoyable to eat.
Ordered the Angus beef burger. Beef patty was super thick and made to juicy perfection. The buns were soft, toasted and well seared. The fries that was paired with the burger were warm and crispy, not the soft or soggy kind. Waiting time was a bit long but worth the wait.
