Potato mousseline with roasted root vegetables with beef cheek cooked in red wine. Soft, melt in your mouth meat. Too delicious. Service was impeccable too
It's a success fusion of a western appetizer which has been "asianized" 🙂 When mixed with the sauce, you can taste a hint of lime, sesame, tong cai, garlic, chive with mustard. Too easy too eat 😘
