Hitsumabushi Reg (4/5⭐) $14.8++ The regular portion is quite generous considering fhe price. The unagi is portion is nice and the rice is normal (not too small not too much). The unagi is grilled nicely and got a sweet and savory taste nicely. The pickled radish is fresh and crispy but the wasabi they give is small and could be spicier. The chicken stock is quite disappointing tho. The stock taste is usually supposed to be subtle so as not to ruin the unagi flavour but enhanced it, but this is way way too subtle it just ruin the unagi taste.
Overall it's a nice value for money and definitely good experience!
