Our favorites were the rose and dark choc flavours! The matcha one can be missed 😛 but these are almost as good as L’Éclair de Genie from Paris 😍

Had the chili crab linguine and Thai iced milk tea which was pretty good!! 😁 Love their coffee as well! It's super smooth 😋😍 Can't wait to try their highly raved Tom yum pasta and mentaiko sweet potato fries though!

{Rose Blossom Soft Serve} $5.20 🌹

Wow this was legit AMAZING!! (Then again, I love rose flavored stuff) They are quite generous with the serving size and the watermelon added at the bottom of the cone provided an interesting and refreshing end 😉 •

Everything we ordered from here was satisfying! The ingredients used are very fresh, and the price you pay for chirashi is worth it! I personally felt that the portion of rice to sashimi was not proportionate for the Kaisen don though, and there was too much rice. The place is also extremely small and queues are expected. We arrived at about 520pm on a weekday and were able to get the first seating.

{Giant Chirashi Don} $36

Basically just 2 bowls of chirashi dons combined into one. Nothing that special about it 😕

From the same people behind Stateland cafe (yes they are in the same place!), this Mochi donut soft serve has received lots of praise. I had the classic soft serve ($14) and the Mochi donut was very unique in a good way - chewy and soft! Must try! The portion is quite big as well so I would recommend that at least 2 people share it :)

Hokkaido Sushi Restaurant Buffet
Lunch: $38++ Dinner: $43++

Thought that this was super worth it and their sashimi is air flown from Tsukiji Market twice a week SAY WHATTT 😛 Limited 1 scallop and prawn sashimi per person but they were SUPER sweet and fresh 😍 The menu has a wide variety of food as well and there's aburi sushi too 😉

This place did not disappoint despite it being highly raved!!! All our options were really good! We got the Creamy mushrooms on sourdough with scrambled eggs ($12+3), the salmon soba noodles ($17) and the Atlas butterscotch banana pancake ($18). The portions were quite big as well and I would say it's a good price for what we got! Would definitely be back again!

Got the highly raved dry truffle ramen! It was good - but not amazing for me as I think I still prefer the traditional soup ramen. Read other reviews that said that the truffle taste is quite strong but it wasn't so for my bowl :( other than that, everything was just nice though! But I think I would rather try one of their soup ramens in future!

Dominique Ansel is famous for creating his legendary cronut - which people actually queue up for from 6am everyday (the bakery opens at 8am). There are different flavours of the month - and I managed to preorder both the May and June flavours (TIP: PO online 2 weeks before - every Monday at 11am USA time. Just google this.) However, my friends and I thought it was overhyped - there was way too much filling inside and there's no way you can eat this without its contents spilling out. It's good to try for the novelty factor - but you can just preorder one and share among your friends, as it's too sweet to finish one on your own. I wouldn't queue for it though, so make sure to preorder it! Many also agree that this DKA is better than the cronut, and I strongly agree with them. Would rather eat a crossaint and a donut separately any day.
